Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Tagetes erecta flower ext. dry conc. std. 16mg equiv. to fresh 9.75g equiv. Lutein 10mg, equiv. Zeaxanthin 2mg; Vitamin A (from retinol palmitate) 400 micrograms RE; Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 120mg; Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 36mg; Zinc (from zinc sulfate monohydrate) 2.5mg.

If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 microgram retinol equivalents for women and 900 microgram retinol equivalents for men. Store below 25°C. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Contains pollen, phenylalanine, soya beans and sulfites. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
