Blackmores Calm & Relax is specially formulated for those who have trouble relaxing, reducing symptoms of stress and assisting in mind relaxation. 
Blackmores Calm & Relax contains lavender, hops and passionflower which are traditionally used in Western Herbal medicine to relieve nervous tension and unrest, relieve symptoms of mild anxiety and calm the mind. 

Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day as required. Maximum of 2 tablets per day

Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) extract dry conc. 150 mg equiv. dry flower 600 mg, Humulus lupulus (hops) extract dry conc. 33.3 mg equiv. dry strobile 250 mg, Passiflora incarnata (passionflower) extract dry conc. 50 mg equiv. dry herb 250 mg, Avena sativa (oats) extract dry conc. 25 mg equiv. fresh herb 250 mg. Contains tabletting aids.

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. May cause drowsiness, if affected do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery.
