bought this try, triple omega3, hope can reduce cholestrol.. hmm the expired date same as Sumit Lotana. will try plant based next time.

question on triglycerides content in this product

Been taking this supplement for 2-3 mths. I noticed the content info on product bottle says per capsule the fish triglycerides is 1500mg or marine triglycerides is 900mg which sounds high. It's common knowledge that triglycerides is fact and no good for body. Incidentally, my blood test last week shows my triglycerides has gone up quite a lot unusually. I didn't make any big changes in my diet except I started taking Blackmores Omega Triple Fish Oil about 2 months ago. I'm concerned if the two are related. Should i stop? Need your advice pls.
