I want a thin pad. That is a bit heavy on the shoulder when it falls off. I won't throw it away and keep it for cold.

Cold pack

I am using this product as a cold pack its easy to use. My physio therapist advised to use cold pack for my tennis elbow muscle pain, cold pack massage reduces the pain. Happy with the product
