What’s the best way to use a body mask?
Apply the mask to clean, dry skin after showering, for example.
- For the chest: gently unfold the mask. Place the whole mask on your chest, between your neck and the top of your chest. Gently press to adhere. Leave for 15 minutes.
- For the bum: unfold the body mask and divide it in two. Apply one half to each buttock, pressing gently. Leave on for 15 minutes.  

What’s next?
No need to rinse. After removing the mask, lightly massage in any excess product with the flat of your hand. For even more benefits, massage your bum and chest using a gua sha or quartz roller.
