For men to provide hernia pain relief and help in the treatment process. Cushion applies pressure to the left or right side depending on the location of the hernia. Pad applies gradual pressure and support to weakened muscles of the groin. Recovery.

SIZE & FIT Weight only given as a guideline. Use upper hip circumference for best fit. Do not measure at waist. This will give you an inaccurate sizing. SML-MED: 85-115cm / Under 80kgs LGE-XLG: 116-142cm / Over 80kgs INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Most hernias are one-sided, so you will need to set up the pad on the side that you need it for (left or right). This is very easy to do. 1. Wrap the wider strap around your lower hip and close with pressure (A). 2. Slide the band around the waist so the pad is now over the hernia and secure the leg strap as shown (B). The pad is removable, so move it around till you find your sweet spot. 3. Make final adjustments for maximum comfort and you are done! (C). We advise to wear belt over an undergarment if possible. It just tends to be more comfortable that way. Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis. If unsure consult a physician. CARE Hand wash in warm water. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.
