These tights are super opaque so you could wear them as leggings which makes them perfect for hiking. I wear these footed tights when hiking to prevent tick and chigger bites while in the forest. The fit is great and they're so comfortable to wear. I also wear these under my jeans in the cooler weather for extra warmth.
