Bose QuietComfort Earbuds (Dewdrop Mint)

These earbuds are no better than cheaper ones. The connection cuts in and out in the wind. They'll randomly stop playing sound while connected and you have to leave them out of the case to let the battery die and then recharge them to fix it. The battery life is pretty good for both the earbuds and the case. But if the case isn't charged, then the earbuds won't turn off when inside. I've found them playing music in the case over an hour later, just draining the battery. It can take a few attempts of putting them back in to disconnect. I can't find a way to manually turn them off. The sound quality is very good and the noise cancellation moderate, not perfect. I'd heard good things about this brand and expected a lot more for the price, I am overall disappointed.

Sound quality was fine and it did what it needed to do, however, a month after I bought it, this crap broke, the right bud stopped working entirely. Employees said there was they couldn't fix it even though it was probably a small error, and the noise cancellation was also an issue because it kept getting progressively worse as I wore it more. Just buy the AirPods 3, significantly better build quality, sound, and noise cancellation.

I was struggling with how they fit, it was like trying to put a dog in socks. You fight and wrestle with them due to falling out and not staying in place. HOW TO MAKE THEM FIT YOUR EARS. Put them in your ears and twist, the back silicon moulds into your ear flaps like a perfect fitting pair of boots. Battery life is great! Siri only works by a touch command not via “hey siri” don’t be like me yelling at them for 30minutes like you’ve lost your dog. Noise cancelling works well and also works while on a phone call, great for myself not having to listen to the apprentice. These headphones are great, better than anything else I have bought

If I could give negative stars, I would. I've had these headphones for a couple years now and the only positive thing I can say about them is that the sound quality is good. The connectivity and basic functionality is atrocious. For example, when you want to change the noise cancellation level, you touch and hold with one headphone until you hear "quiet", "off" or "aware". Half the time it does not do this and just turns the headphones off and you have to either turn it back on by touch holding the headphones, or put it back in the case and take them out again. This literally just happened 4 times in a row for me. Sometimes they flat out won't connect, having to repeat the same process above. Other times they just randomly refuse to pause and play songs/books etc, requiring you to use your phone or repeat the same process above. This all happens so often, I've developed a burning hatred for bose and will never buy their headphones again. What's the point of good sound quality if they can't perform their basic functions? -10/5, do yourself a favour and pick something else.

Double and triple taps are frequently incorrect. - Fussy charging container - frequently need to clean contacts so it will disconnect from device and charge. - Borderline ANC

used the 30 day trial offer to try these out after finding out the Jabra Elites are no more. Unfotunately these are not great. the case seems bulky for no reason and tacky, one plus is the magnets are strong and lock the actual buds in place. sound is good, this is expected for Bose. I had consistent feedback that the microphones were tinny and unclear - both in voice memos and calls - and they were near impossible to use if there was any wind at all. I big thing for me is use during exercise and cycling - i found these to be noisy with wind and easy to bump out, but generally I found the fit to be one of the best things. for the price and the brand I had expected a bit more - even the reccomended app looks and feels like something from the early 00's - a clear oversight from Bose. and not as much detailed control compared to other earbuds.

Can't open my mouth to take a drink without the touch features pausing the music, can't turn it off. Seriously regret buying. Absolutely infuriating. Sound quality is good, anc is good. Still not as good as my 3yr old Jabra earbuds that died yesterday.

I am a very happy customer with my Bose QuietComfort Earbuds. Great fit in the ear, sometimes I don't even realise I have them in they are so comfortable. Great noise cancelling as well. I am still learning the taps required to do multiple things instead of using my phone but I will get there with practice. I certainly recommend this product.

Bluetooth connectivity is buggy as hell. Sent back and replaced under warranty, with the same issue in the new pair. Treated across multiple devices. Would not recommend these ear buds.

Amazing sound. Incredibly comfortable and the app makes customisation easy to make it perfect for your listening style. Touch features also are great and easy to change through the app. I have always hated in earbuds as I found them uncomfortable but these are a game changer and perfect for the gym and running.

Literally so crap. Case is bulky and slippery. Plastic buds fall off the headphones when you take them out your ears. Constantly disconnecting. Sounds terrible for phone calls. Won’t connect to the phone if the case is flat. They’re SO poxy. MAJOR REGRETS.

Right earbud stopped working completely after 12 weeks. Won’t charge at all despite using different cases. Paid $289 then discovered a week later the same product was on sale for $199. Feel totally ripped off. I would not recommend this product

Worst product I have ever bought, Bose is significantly overrated and overpriced. I implore you to look elsewhere, please do not consider Bose electronic goods.

Honestly—I love them. I got them when they were on sale for a deal and honest to god the sound profile is amazing. With Quiet mode it is actually quiet! They're durable as I've dropped them a few times and they've done amazing. I went into the dream world jungle rush and while waiting in line had them in on quiet mode, and if you know how loud it is you'll understand why it's impressive I still could hear my podcast so well even if I had to turn up the volume a bit more than usual. If you have the money to spend, I can't recommend them enough. My only complaint is how sensitive the touch button is as I came from a place with much less sensitivity. While it would be nice to control the sensitivity, it wasn't a deal breaker

The sound quality and touch controls are not so good and there is no find my earbuds feature. I would not buy these again.

So disappointed. Sound quality and comfort were actually good but these were made completely unusable by consistently timing out/stopping playing somewhere between 10 and 30 mins of continuous use. Especially frustrating as if bought them for sleep. Wasn't touching anything they would just stop. Looked it up and unfortunately found out this is a super common issue with no fix know (I tried everything). Waste of my time

Love the color. Bose never gets wrong with quality sound and noise cancellation.

One headphone keeps cutting out randomly. Noise cancellation does not match up with Sony. Despite these being much cheaper than the Sonys, they are notr worth it. Bose must be trying to get rid of them as its a poor quality product. I dont reccomend them at all

Sound quality is good. Has a very annoying and unfixable issue where the headsets will automatically power off when they detect you are lying down. I wouldn't buy again.

Easy to use and connect to my iPhone. I have always purchased Bose earphone and the sound quality is always second to none, so this is definitely easy to wear, easy to connect and clear sound.

The sound quality, fit and noise cancelling are top notch. But I found they drop audio for a fraction of a second randomly, not a deal breaker but not what I would expect from Bose. The real problem was on a long haul flight. They automatically stop playing when you take one bud out, then they may or may not continue playing when replaced, and ANC may or may not be working in one or both buds. Got sick of putting them back in their case to reset them. Took them back for a refund in the end.

sound great but fit is very average. the band that sits around it comes off constantly. i’m beginning to think the perfect in ears don’t exist.

They constantly fall out, the touch controls are so sensitive they are constantly starting and stopping. The sound is good but the interface with the controls is really-really-really annoying.... Overall I'm disappointed and frustrated by these earbuds.

Great sound. But headphones disconnect randomly anytime after 30 minutes of usage. If you want to use them for sleeping you will be badly disappointed 😔

Be careful as they seem to have a major flaw when lying down. I purchased in April 2025 and the next day had to return for a replacement as they continually turned off (not just disconnected) after 10 minutes lying down or lying backwards. BOSE chat were very helpful and they quickly arranged a replacement after numerous reboots and troubleshooting didn’t fix the issue. After 4 weeks my replacement arrived and immediately did the same thing. BOSE chat very helpful but trouble shooting again did not resolve this issue nor did a factory reset. I also tried running them through an ipad (I use a Galaxy S23 Ultra). Same problem. I also deleted the Bose app. Same problem - and they continue to turn off after 10 minutes of lying or laying backwards. Standing, sitting or walking- they are definitely an excellent sound and noise cancelling in-ear option for the money (I’ve always had over-ear but these have changed my mind). just don't use them to sleep or relax on the couch.

Right headphone started glitching after a month, disconnecting constantly and not being picked up by the case at all. Also very noticeable latency issue when watching videos - sound was .5/1 second off constantly. Returned them for a refund.

Noise quality is very good and the fit is good for smaller ear canals. The connectivity is glitchy and very frustrating. I only typically have it connected to the same device (iPhone 16) yet still, after putting them in the case to walk around or leave my desk- they dont sync with the phone. Bluetooth is showing as connected, The only solution is to return them to the case together and try again.

It's hard to consider other features when the fit is so horrendous. Despite multiple sized tips included and following directions to wear them effectively, the 'seal' required for the noise cancelling doesn't retain. They are uncomfortable and fall out if I move my head up and down (like at the gym), or use any muscles around my ears: tying up my hair, eating, smiling, talking. So while the noise cancelling is excellent when it works, it's hard to be positive about it because it's so inconsistent. Super disappointed- regretful purchase.

Amazing noise cancelling!! Specially for the price. Very happy with my choice.
