all good for ANC and sound quality, but call quality and connectivity using my android phone is average compared to samsug bud pro2, also disappointed by the charge time, I left it outside the cage for few hours (used only for 2 hours but left outside for say 4hrs or so) and it drained out completely! very disappointing! should have more aggressive sensers to know when not in use and sleep to save battery!

I absolutely love them because the sound quality is awesome and they are super comfy 😼😼🫠🫠

Awful connection, battery only chargers to 90% already been replaced once. Biggest waste of money

I do not recommend this product, it is priced as premium and initially it worked as premium despite my ears feeling uncomfortable with the buds. The voice calling was great for a few months.... then it stopped working properly rendering it near useless. I used these ear buds sparingly and not long after the two year mark the right earbud went down to 10-20% volume of the left, the customer service team initially offered me $15 off a new set, absolutely ridiculous, after threatening ACCC action they offered me 1/2 price off a new set. However I do not want to spend more money on a faulty product. Very disappointed in Bose and sad that after many years of buying their products I will be looing for a new brand to provide everything sound.

Hi, I have found my earbuds to have excellent sound and also fit my ears to perfection. The operating aspects of the earbuds, however, are extremely complicated and the charging of the earbuds is quite different to what is represented. I also find the earbuds very difficult to pair, for example, with my television through Bluetooth, which other forums of wireless headsets have no problem connecting to, however, the earbuds do not, and cannot connect to my television. I primarily bought the type of earbud produced by Bose because of the shape and previous experiences I have had with fantastic SOUND being produced to purchase they said earbuds so that I could watch television at night without the sound disturbing my wife. Also, they are far from bulky and made it easier for me to fall asleep whilst watching television, which is often the way I calm down at night and I am able to sleep. The pairing with my iPhone has been very simple however, the charging aspects are disappointing in so far as sensitive sensitivity as advertised is not apparent, and the earbuds cannot be charged wirelessly on no matter what device I try to charge them on. I am therefore only able to charge my AirPods by using a cable which is somewhat backward in today’s way of managing the charging of such device devices. In this modern day and age, we are spoiled with the many features offered with devices we can purchase and use very easily. Your earbuds from my experience do not fit into this narrative or genre and I’ve gone back to using my Apple AirPods. Very disappointing.

Apart from some charging issues necessitating a product replacement these are great

I have tried many brands of in-ear buds, some with remarkable claims in reviews that fall short. These BOSE QuietComfortUltra Earbuds however are worth every cent. I have a high frequency hearing loss but these are crystal clear to me across the range and their noise cancelling is equal to the claims of some similar priced headphones. They were easy to get a good fit and easy to learn to operate. I strongly recommend them.

Good product, bought these because one of my earbuds died, service/repair non existent even though prepared to pay for the repair, good product, after-sales service not good, particularly for a premium product.

Had the original quietcomfort so these were a big step up. Really happy with the purchase and they have worked really well, no connection issues and really comfortable to wear

Great until the case charging pot breaks...even my light use saw it break after only 18 months. Seems quite common based on google searches. Shouldn't happen at this price piont. And can't buy on the bose website as they have no stock, so have to pay more to get a replacement case from japan. Have always bought bose products...but will not buy anymore.

I bought these based on reviews stating that along with great sound quality the noise cancelling was equivalent to over ear headphones, which as a commuter was a priority, exceeded my expectations, definitely a buy once cry once purchase

upgraded from beats to the Bose has been rubbish ever since. won't connect to my phone drops out I can listen for about 10 15 minutes then it drops out won't find my phone and won't connect absolute garbage for the price. Definitely wouldn't recommend

This is my second pair of earbuds and, unfortunately, a second pair of Bose QuietComfort Ultra 2nd Gen as well. However, I cannot fault the sound quality, and they are the best ANC earbuds that I have had so far. They cut out a lot of background noise and are far superior to my Jabra 85t. Sadly, I had connectivity problems with the right bud, as highlighted in some of the feedback. Initially, the problem was rectified by placing the bud back into the case and letting it reset (or whatever it did), but it became a hit or miss affair: sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. I ended up returning the whole set for repair. Bose replaced them with a new set within a week; a rather quick turnaround for which I cannot complain. For now, I will give a five star rating for quality purely because I don't want my experience with the fault to overshadow the sound quality. At the original price of $449.00, they were rather pricey, and I expected a better technical performance than I had experienced. Fingers crossed, I hope the replacement pair does not suffer the same fate or similar technical issues, and that it outlasts my steam driven Jabra earbuds, which, by the way, are still working fine. Only the batteries are taking a little longer to charge, and the charge duration is shorter now, and Jabra no longer makes them, or any recreational earbuds. By the way, I purchased the pair at and returned them to JB HiFi. They were most helpful throughout the whole process. Many thanks.

I had the gen 2s fail after 3 months, these were a warranty replacement after the gen 1s failed for the same known fault. Not worth the money.

Holy moly, best earbuds I’ve owned since my Jabra’s. The noise cancelling is fantastic too. I just had my four family members yell at me in my room while listening to animals as leaders and I could only faintly hear the high pitched curdling scream of my daughter. They don’t feel like they’re going to fall out of my ears too which is great. Definitely recommend.

Sorry to say the connection was dropping out and then failed just 3 weeks. I swapped them for the SC headset which I have had before and love

They are a crap product that keep falling out my ear. If I could return them I would.

Horrendous. Returned my Gen 1's because they stopped working withing 2 weeks. I was 'upgraded' to these on return and unfortunately there is almost no improvement. Connection drops, I reset the earphones and they won't find my devices even with the app open and searching. One pod will also just inexplicably die without warning. This will be another return within weeks of each other. The sound is great but would rather have a reliable set with average sound than this. I got these a fair bit cheaper but the fact they retail for $450 is an absolute farce - I'd take my old $100 JBL's any day. I can't speak for other Bose products, but I would steer well clear of this model.

Happy with the ear pods, the fitting takes a bit of fiddling to get them on properly, my wife tried them using different rubbers but couldn't get them to fit securely, an over the neck cord or something to stop them being lost if they fall out would be good. The noise cancellation is very good, I will mainly use these on flights to watch movies & quieten it down for a snooze, I hope I don't loose them

Good product bit pricey but it is good value for money

The best sound I’ve experienced with earbuds and they seem to have fixed the connection issues that the last generation had. Great noise canceling and comfy to wear. Expensive when full price but worth it if you can get it on a good discount like I did.

I reaaaally want to like these so bad. They’re so pretty and I love the plum colour. But these just don’t fit in my ears well and hurt so much. They also don’t toggle well between devices and even until now I’ve not been successful in getting it to connect seamlessly for meetings. I’ll return my device unfortunately. I hope there is a over ear set that comes out in the plum colour

The Bose earbuds are excellent. I have a hearing impairment and have had other earbuds up to purchasing the Quiet Comfort Ultra and the quality of sound and volume is amazing. The rating should be 6 star not 5.

Upgraded from gen 1 after they failed and these so far have cleaner bass and sweeter midrange. Also still the most comfortable buds for me.

I bought my earbuds as a comfortable option to block out the noise from a very noisy (jackhammering) 12 month renovation next door. It’s supper easy to tap through the 3 levels of noise cancelling and the Quiet mode does the job for me.
