Stops working pretty quickly!

I bought one of these not long ago and the on switch most times does absolutely nothing. When it does work selecting the time required is almost impossible. The whole button section for power/time seems very faulty. This is very disappointing, I thought Bosisto's was a good brand. And I can see here they have not replied to any similar reviews of offered any replacement.

Disappointing.

I bought this diffuser 4 weeks ago. Set up, used and cleaned as per instructions including using Bosistos’ oils exclusively. It now only lets put a small stream of air when machine is turned on, and then no longer releases any more. When cover is removed, the water is barely bubbling underneath so the heating element has clearly given out. Diffusers from cheap department stores last longer. Complete waste of money, short life span and disappointing from an otherwise trustworthy brand.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Set it up as per instructions (it isn't rocket science) and flicked the switch. I heard a barely noticeable chirrup from the unit so it sounds like there's a modicum of power getting to the unit. Pressed the 'on' button. Nothing. Pressed the 'light' button. Nothing. Have tried several times now and can confidently say it just does not work. I have used, and still use (at this very moment actually), several diffusers so I'm not a novice.

Excellent diffuser

This is an excellent diffuser. It really pushes out the vapour & aromas well. It's also one of the few diffuses I've used, that can diffuse essential oils like Vetiver brilliantly, as it's a very thick oil.

Great for hours of use

I bought this a couple of years ago and use it in my library. Students love it and visit regularly just to breathe the oils and to "chill out" 😊 I can leave it running all day without having to refill.
