Directions Diffusion: Add 6-9 drops to water in your diffuser. Inhalation: Add 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water and inhale, avoiding eye area. Massage: Add 6 drops to one tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into required area. Mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.

Good blend. Improvements: Smell of lavender is strong, would like more of the other botanicals to shine.

Beautiful fragrance.

I’d been using the natives sleep spray on my bedding so thought I’d try the diffuser oil as I love the fragrance and it’s great. It’s not over powering and has a natural scent.
