Looks scruffy not sleek

As soon as we unpacked the bow we realised that we couldn’t use it, all the hairs were coming out and it looks incredibly scruffy, not nice and sleek like on the website. Not sure if this was due to shipping but we wouldn’t recommend this product based on our experience.
