Permanent coffee stains

I’ve ordered lots of items from Robert Gordon collection and while most items were amazing, this ne is lacking in its design. The cup is beautiful, the size & colour, perfect size and comfortable to hold. But my problem is that it gets stained easily. Especially externally where glazing is missing (triangles). I’ve tried washing it multiple times but it doesn’t work. Maybe in dishwasher, but I don’t have one.
