Directions 1. CLEAN - wash and dry your nose to remove dirt and oils. 2. PLACE - remove the liner and place the strip on the nose 3. APPLY - press down ends and rub gently to secure. Remove your Breathe Right nasal strip while washing your face with warm water or when in the shower. Always remove the strip slowly. Loosen the ends then gently lift the strip from both sides. Remove the strip properly with water to reduce the likelihood of skin reactions or injury. USAGE ADVICE Adults and children 5 years & over Storage Temperature: Store below 30°C.

This works!

These really work, I'm sleeping much better not waking myself up with snoring. Who would have thought something so simple could give me a good night's sleep.

Strong strips, but weak adhesive

Definitely stronger strips than the standard product but may be too strong that it pulls the adhesive backing from skin. Would love for the adhesive backing to be stronger.

Wouldn’t buy again…

All these reviews are slightly misleading. This product only works for a short amount of time. I find it works for the first hour or two at night and then your skin produces oil or something which causes the sticky part to no longer be sticky. Don’t get me wrong, while it does work very well for those couple of hours, it inevitably falls off during the night and you 1. can’t find it the next morning or 2. it sticks like crazy to your bed, body, anywhere else it ends up.
