Breville 2 Slice Sandwich Maker each

Recently purchased this toastie and 🥰 Fast heat up and cooks perfectly and so easy to remove and cut in half. Would highly recommend for ease of use and reliability too.

I bought this over 12 -24 months ago. I've used it half a dozen times in total and the black non stick is coming off. I am so carefully and very meticulous when cleaning or removing the toastie. I don't use any abrasive utensils and I clean with a sponge. The bread sticks and the toastie rips. I had a jaffle/toastie maker for years growing up. I wanted a Breville as it's an original icon brand. But so disappointed. I wish I had ove returned or done something sooner. It was terrible from the 1st couple of toasties. Incredibly hard to clean too with all the edges. Cheese is stuck in every crevice. The result an average ripped toastie then spend 20 mins cleaning so it's hygienic for next time. How truly disappointing. These cheap throw away appliances aren't made to last anymore.

Bought this as my $15 one from 20 years ago finally died. I love jaffles because it seals the filling in, unlike a sandwich press. Anyway this was a little heavier than my old one but still lightweight. I like you can wrap the cord around at rh bottom, but then the plug doesn't sit well when storing. Non stick is working g well so far. It's been 3 months of regular use and it's been easy to clean. The space foe the bread is larger to accommodate the larger bread slices these days. My old one was great 20 years ago but last 10 years the bread has always overhung out of the jaffle area. So it was nice that it fits. It's easier to close if you have a lot of filling, so I would say they adertise that correctly. My biggest issue is the uneven cooking. The back (so the way its set up, it's the back far left and far right triangles) never cook as much as the front. Definitely not even cooking.

I love this toastie maker, the original. I would have given 5 stars but I can't find bread to fit so one side of my sandwich doesn't seal and cheese leaks out apart from that thank you Breville. I've tried other brands and they don't come close to Breville ❣️

Was so excited to get the jaffle maker, after having the breville flat press and loving it. Well, this is the worst sandwich press I have ever owned! It only cooks half the sandwich. It takes ages to actually cook the sandwich and then i have to flip the sandwich half way through because only half is brown. If I flip, it cooks the other side. So dodgy. It's like only the outside heats up, but the centre triangles do not. I would not recommend this product, the kids (and adults) were so disappointed.

The best toastie maker ever! Does not stick as other reviewers say. Seals and separates the triangles perfectly each time. Flawless clip for closing and perfectly cooked when the light turns green. So many negative nancys. This product is perfect.

Surprised that Breville put their name on this. Worst Breville product I have come across. The issue is cleaning. The triangular shape and ridges makes it difficult to get into the corners. Non stick is never non stick. Burnt residue remains, and black on black almost impossible to see. The plates are not removable, but there are joins, and guess where the dirt collects. The cooking plates should be removable so they can go in the dishwasher.

I bought your Breville snack maker BTS200 yesterday at BigW in Charleston it only got a very lousy short cord only 30cm long

The best toastie maker! So simple Love the fact that toasties are already cut coming out from the toaster. No added butter is required on the outside of slice as toastie maker coating is non stickCheese sandwich mess comes out easily and no cheese stuck to the toastie maker. Tick tick and tick for me ✅ ✅ ✅

Bought 2, 18 months ago, 1 for me, 1 for parents. After 18 months both are “unusable”. Mine sticks along cutting edges now, ripping the sandwich open, my parents one no longer toasts the bread, no matter how long you cook it for. And yes we have both “looked after” these appliances meticulously. Disappointed, thinking I was buying a good well known brand.
