Breville Nespresso Creatista Uno Coffee Machine

Not happy at all second Creatista machine to be returned. This Cr. UNO machine worked amazingly for first few months but (only 7 months old) recently having a lot of problems. Cleaning light stays on, frothing pressure has reduced, water doesn’t heat up and now the machine has completely stopped just all lights flashing! I have always cleaned and descaled very regularly. Very very disappointing. Luckily still under warranty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

This is our second Creatista UNO coffee machine. First unit failed after 6 years which is exceptional. Hence why we purchased the second machine! We have had other machines, both pod and beans. Others difficult to,operate. Milk is frothed perfectly and unit is very easy to operate. We do use bottled water ONLY which has assisted in extending the life of our original unit. I recommend purchasing this unit, especially if you have never owned a coffee machine as is very easy to use.

Absolutely love this machine. It’s stylish and super easy to use. Makes the BEST HOT coffees. My husband has gone from having 1 Nespresso coffee a day to drinking 3-4 - I think he enjoys it more than me.

I bought this coffee machine with a plan, and it was a great upgrade. It does require cleaning the wand often and also de-scaling on a regular basis. The frother settings and stainless steel cup are great and easy to clean. We use it almost everyday and at the three year mark, the unit is showing serious issues. The quality of coffee it produces is going downhill and it needs constant cleaning even during. As others have stated, they don't seem to last considering the price. Of note, the Nespresso service support have stated this machine is not compatible with Oat or Almond milk.

I bought my machine within a month and have had problems with it the whole time. The cleaner light comes on even just after it’s had a good clean. My son had the same machine and he ended up taking it back and buying the later model. My husband bought this one for my birthday. It’s just too much hard work.

I've bought this Nespresso Machine for my apartment and it's perfect. My mum uses it all the time and loves it so much (I think I'll have to buy her her own). You can really get the milk nice and super hot which a lot of machines cant do. Very simple to use, easy to clean and maintain. Really happy with it!

After 6 months of using one time a day the milk foaming wand is now not working properly it’s not heating up properly or at all waste of time and money

Having used the Nespresso system since 1997, I have purchased a number of machines, and the Creatista Uno is the best by far. I was using a Nespresso mini machine, and during a stay in a hotel I was impressed by the performance of the Breville Essenza Mini Solo, a corresponding machine to my home use one. Both only produce black coffee, my preferred drink. The Creatista delivers all I had previously, and allows me to accommodate the wishes of others. It is ready for delivery in 3 seconds, and provides a pre-set amount for espresso, lingo and ristretto, withe the possibility of adjustment to suit personal preference. The milk froth level and temperature is an excellent characteristic. I have not been able to froth milk and dispense coffee at the same time, and this would bu useful, but perhaps this is due to my inexperience.

I bought my Nespresso coffee machine 8 years ago and I have had very little problem with it over these years. It works perfectly today as if it were brand new. Absolutely love this coffee machine

I bought one of these when they were Krupp. 29 odd years ago. All machines have been good with the exception of this k e. Sent it under warranty at it was leaking all over the bech. Then it worked well for 3-4 weeks and startedeaking again. Of course out of warranty.

Machine constantly breaks, as per the other reviews. When it works it makes a beautiful coffee. frother constantly broken and the clean light is always on, even though you follow instruction, would not purchase

Regularly trouble with the steam wand not working or frothing. Have sent it back twice and now not working again. Do not buy this product

I have had the machine over 12 months. It makes a great coffee, BUT cleaning it is a real problem and it's off to get fixed lights flash, lights don't flash it has almost ended in the bin I would not buy another one,

Wonderful and easy to use

I've brought this machine some 18 months ago and had nothing but problems with it. 1St time it was under warranty and was sent back, Fault found was faulty temperature sensor on the steamer causing a quick shut down of the frother. 2nd) about 6 months later the same fauly appeared. so I brought and external frother. 3) 18 months later frother not working and now I cannot even make a coffee due to descaling/cleaning light on... tried to descale and unit fails to operate. Do not buy this product.

So far so good, I’m very happy with this Nespresso machine it makes excellent coffee but time will tell.

I've had my Creatista Uno for a couple of years now at my Airbnb property, and it was the best investment! Easy to use, lots of options of capsules, no maintenance required (only had to descale once in 2yrs). Great built-in frothing, and makes coffee very consistently.

I like having milk and coffee prepared in the one machine. Especially different heat and froth settings.

Has neen an excellent machine as only 2 years old. However stopped working. Keeps indicating that milk frother needs cleaning - this part only used about twice in its life. The cleaning light will not go off after trying everyting and will not clean even after button pressed for 3 seconds as directed in manual. Will not allow it to work now

I have bought two of these machines now. They have both failed on me. First the frothing device fails and then the machine starts leaking internally. Disappointingly just outside the warranty period. A good convenient machine while it lasts.

Spend more time trying to get it to work properly and it got worse once warranty finished. Regret buying it

I got this for my wife as a gift in her last year of uni, she was struggling because of the covid lockdown and having to spend so much time at home and having to do her thesis online instead of the uni. So I purchased this for her to help her get into a new routine where she could add this habit into her days and have something enjoyable to look forward to. She not only thrived in uni, by getting a distinction mark in her thesis, but we now have this little routine in the morning where we have our coffee at home and she is our barista and operates the machine herself. She loves her breville better than outside coffee shops. Best money I ever spent, gorgeous (as I call her) loves her princess (how we call the machine).

Ease to use machine with great end product

Sending it back to Nespresso for repairs on the steamer for the 3rd time! Assured me this was a new replacement. Did not last more than 4months when the steamer started to play up again. Now I have to send back again and wait for another 8 weeks to get it back again.

bought this machine , was great for the first few months then steam wand faulted out sent it back three times with this fault they eventually said the machine would be replaced , bought another one while waiting ,used the replacement when it turned up , after eight months faulted out with same problem , no warranty as it was a replacement unit, so got other new one that was purchased from JB out of storage , have used for six months and it has now failed with the same fault as previous two , that is steam wand faulting. As you can imagine I am not very happy, going to look for different brand this time.
