Breville the Aroma Style Electronic Coffee Machine

I bought one of these from the Good Guys, had it for 4 months and it just stopped working. Took it back to Good Guys and they sent it away for repair. After numerous visits I was told that it was beyond repair. The Good Guys gave me a new one, but after 5 months this one just stopped working as well. Not worth the money.

Works O.K. Too much plastic. Thought the picture showed metal filter holder but it was only a metal insert and holder itself was plastic.

Purchased about 3 months ago and used daily ever since. Timer to start is great, coffee is ready when I get up each morning. A cup each for my wife and I and 2 spare cups for later on, very handy. Pity it doesn't have a backup battery to retain the time and timer settings in the event that the power goes off or the plug is turned off. Not a deal breaker as the timer is easily set. Machine is a picture of simplicity and ease of use and makes a good cup of coffee. It is also very affordable. I love it.

I cannot get rid of the strong and persistent odour of plastic. I hope that does not mean I'm getting PFAS infusion with every cup of coffee.

Bought this Saturday retired it in disgust Sunday. Keeps hot for only 2 hours. No warning it's about to turn off so if your working you can't get a final hot cup. Hard to fill water reservoir and gauge is hard to read. absolutely no info on how pushing a button makes it stronger. that's enough for now. at least coffee is hot.

I was sick of crap tasting home cappuccino machines, so I have decided to go back to black... And as they say in the industry 'once you go black you don't go back's It sounds like Cheech & Chong are in my kitchen every morning. Extremely happy with price and quality.

replacement unit as old one finally died so got a new one good value

First I was happy with this product however after year having it (we didn’t use it every day, very ocassionally) it started to fall apart. The Removable stainless-steel mesh filter basket and the holder in particular. As it has only 1 year warranty I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND this product.

I find this makes better tea than it does coffee, love the delay timer it's always ready to drink when I get up

We bought the LCM700BSS Coffee Machine to replace our previous BCM600 Coffee Maker which had worked tirelessly for 5 years. The new machine looked the goods; On the positive the side LCM 700 coffee maker is smaller, easier to fill and dials easier to read. On the negative side I have found that the cup size on the LCM700 machine is smaller than the BCM600 and more liquid seems to be lost to escaping steam. Those problems are simple and can be overcome, but unfortunately the popping and banging noise the new machine makes is very intrusive and not acceptable.

Have had at least one of the Aroma Style since they came out, always found them to be an excellent product,!as has been my experience with the entire Breville brand.

Easy to use, Simple to operate. Water could be a little hotter.

I was so excited to open the box. But as soon as I open the box, took all the plastic away, a spring popped off and I think it's the valve system. I'm not sure how to put it back. Just wondering If the set that I bought has some missing parts?

Firstly I can't find the serial number on my machine. Normally every machine has a serial number somewhere. For this model I can't see anything. Secondly the manual is also very imprecise with big mistakes like POUR instead of HOUR on the components page and does not indicate if the machine stops automatically when it has finished its brewing process or better if a sound signal is activated? This is important knowing that we can be far from the machine at the end of its cycle or even if it has been programmed for the morning and we are not yet awake. I know it's a basic model but still I'm quite frustrated.

So highly disappointed in this new Breville design coffee maker. I think that honest feedback from consumers is important- which is why I’m writing this review to let Breville know that this is not up to the design expectations we’ve come to expect from such an innovative company! I love Breville products and think the build and quality is better than most. However, this new coffee maker just looks like a plain old ugly mr coffee. Sorry- but I expected more from the design team. I own the Breville Oracle Touch espresso machine, the Breville microwave, the Breville hand mixer, and the Breville Luxe Toaster ( all of which I love) but not this! Please make us a beautiful design coffee maker that will be on the lines of the Luxe Toaster. The precision brewer coffee maker is wonderful but it doesn’t have the same curb appeal as the Luxe toaster or the Oracle Touch. Couldn’t you design us a gorgeous coffee maker that looked like a piece of vintage art for the countertop? The Breville Luxe Coffee Maker. Now there? Is An Idea !!!!!!! I’m waiting and watching Breville! I know you can do it!!!!!! Hurry up now!

The coffee machine makes GREAT coffee, awesome machine. However within a couple of weeks, used a couple if times i noticed the Carafe was cracked and the filter basket holder broke. Customer service was brilliant, replaced the items. We believe unfortunately floor stock was sent to me by the retailer.

Love my drip coffee machine, it's very easy and quick to use. The price is also great!

We purchased this item at BigW. It's a nice size and fits discreetly on our kitchen bench. A great plus is how hot it keeps the coffee. Also it's easy to fill with water - less likely to have water splashing over the sides. Very pleased with the purchase.

We use our coffee drip machine daily for freshly brewed coffee in no time! Easy to use and simple to clean. Make sure to buy good quality ground coffee for the perfect cup!

Bought this a while ago, and am super happy :-) Quite the coffee snobs we are, and have allsorts of coffee making appliances etc. Love the timer function, this is generally our Sunday morning Go To for a coffee already made when we wake up. We try different coffees, so far the Blue Mountain works best for us in this machine. Thanks Breville! :-)

We bought this product to have an instant coffee in the morning without any fuzz, this product can be set up at night and let it do its thing and your coffee will be fresh and warm in the morning. very happy. No very bulky that takes space on to your bench.

We bought the previous model to this around 5 months ago, as a clearance item it was very cheap. We purchased it after reading favourable reviews and the special clearance price which was hard to pass up. After some use i have both positive and negative points, but some of the negatives may have been rectified in the new model. Positive points are, easy to use and programme, easy to clean, keeps coffee at a good temperature and with some experimenting with different coffee ground quantities and types we are now getting a decent cup of coffee from the first to last cup. Negatives are in relation to this previous model are, small LCD panel which for me is hard to read, no timer backup on power failure and difficult to fill water reservoir. Happy we bought this brand and coffee maker and would recommend.

We bought this just a week ago...and we are all so happy with it,so easy to use and program.We love Breville products.

We have the previous model and its been reliable the last 7 years we've had it. Gets set to brew first thing in the morning so we wake to hot coffee. Definitely excited to upgrade to this model when it comes back into stock
