Breville the Big One Toastie Maker

This is very shallow. Expected deep jaffle as pictured. Very dissappointed and does not seal the edges, I did use the large slices. If I had seen this, I would not have bought it - the one you use on a campfire/gas stove is so much better..Do not recommend item.

Non stick completely let's face it makes life easier. Bigger got for those times your starving (Marvin).

Really good. Very happy with it and because the bread is kept in one piece then there is no leaking of filings and therefore less mess.

Not as good as original. The big one allows more filling however I prefer the original which cuts the toastie in two giving crispier edges and contains the filling. The big one toastie was difficult to eat as the edges didn’t seal and the filling falls out.

The toaster will take four large slices of bread to make two sandwiches. These are not cut in half by internal dividers making it ideal for toasted egg (with hot chili mustard and cheese) sandwiches.

Great value for money works well and takes up no space at all in the cupboard . Cook perfectly every time . Cupboard space is very tight in our house and this unit stands up so it takes up very little space

We have used ours repeatedly for years and now we are looking to purchase a Second one for our Motorhome, as we can't imagine life on the road without it. Love the deep dishes for extra fillings using up leftovers.

I have had one for a few years and it was ok. Better than the idiotic things with a great wall down the centre so you can't put an egg in. Doesn't quite seal the outside like my previous one or a jaffle iron. The non stick surface has just suddenly started sticking and has become unusable -no idea why. It's gone in the bin today and not sure if I will get another one.

The non stick coating only lasted a couple years before it became a stick coating. Hi e we’re pretty light users a couple sandwiches a month so a bit disappointing.

Hàs performed well to date. Tried cracking an egg over slivers of ham and made a perfect toastie.Has lived up to expectations.

Needs to be a higher wattage a tomato baffle is a little soggy. Not as good as my old Sunbeam toaster.

Great jaffle maker. It doesn't cut so able to put more filling in. It cooks perfectly on both sides and it seals the edges as it should. Highly recommend.

Perfect for egg toasties. Just what we were looking for.

Our two teenage children use this most mornings for breakfast jaffles! Love that the inside is deep enough to securely hold a large size egg, ham, cheese, thinly sliced tomato and a few spinach leaves.

Does exactly as it needs too. No faults. Perfection for toastie world. Made apple pies too. From puff pastry.

This was gifted to me by my daughter because my old 30 yr old one died. I love it. So much filling and makes snacks, desserts and meals big enough to fill my belly. We call them Brevilles not toasties

This is a serious sandwich maker. Load it up with your favourite leftovers for a great toastie. Definitely recommended.

I love it that I can make a beautiful egg and bacon toasted sandwich. Very easy to make and you can fit loads of filling in them.

Love this product, hope never stop making them, ends up needing to be replaced with how my husband uses it but love that it allows you to fill so much filling

I am really happy with the "Big One". Haven't tried any of the suggested recipes yet with pastry but the sandwiches/jaffles have turned out really well. My family all love them. Super easy for a quick meal at the weekends.

Makes the best toasties fast, crispy and never sticks! It's great for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, and we've even done dessert toasties in it!
