So easy to use

Love it as it makes it so easy to get the milk up to correct temperature. Instead of having to juggle a thermometer or using touch while trying to get a nice textured foam, you just keep an eye of the lights at the side. When they are up to 70-75 the foam is just right and the milk is hot enough. Easy.

Perfect for me - not perfect for a lefty

Works nicely - We did the hand method of feeling temperature for a couple of years, but my tolerance is down a bit so the coffee could be too cold or I’d hold on a little longer and make it too hot :/ this way probably makes me seem less professional but it makes it very easy and reliable to get a good temperature. Only issue - my partner is left-handed so because of where our coffee machine is, the temperature reading is actually on the wrong side.
