Breville the Shake Creation Milkshake Maker

This is a great unit, like taking a trip down memory lane with the old style steel cup. And the straw supplied was a decent sort of plastic, not too thin.

Very junky item. Noisy, crude and the aerator cannot be removed for cleaning.

Great milk shake maker, the chrome finish is great to tie it to other kitchen appliances. Cup is perfect size.

When you remove the drink cup it is very tall/long we found. We only filled the cup 3/4 of the way with milk and mixture for a milkshake but once you mix it up it froths up and goes higher. It then gets spilled when you remove it. We don't like this and found the Sunbeam a better option for milkshake maker.

I wanted a great retro milkshake maker and that's exactly what I got with the Breville Shake Creation. It also has a large capacity stainless steel cup which is perfect for those who like a decent sized shake. A great shake maker!

We were delighted with the Shake Creation's quality appearance and performance. The Breville booklet indicates the milkshake cup can be washed in the dishwasher. Unfortunately it became very discoloured after the first wash. We would happily have washed it by hand had we known.

I bought the Milk Shake Creation alongside my SmartScoop ice cream maker and it has been a great addition. From milk shakes to thick shakes, the Milk Shake Creation does it all. The kids love that we can churn an ice cream and turn into a shake. I love this product.

Fill cup half way than mix for as long as you want than fill the rest of the way mix again for 3secs tops otherwise it's gonna go all over happened to me.

Makes the best fluffy milkshakes just like I remember when I was a kid from the milk bar. The whole family is liking my new purchase. Bought a couple of extra cups from breville as it only comes with one. Use it every day so far.

I had a Breville milk shaker that made great milkshakes for over 20 years, that I bought some time in the late 90's. I bought the new one recently when my old one broke and I'm happy to see some improvements. The new dishwasher safe stainless steel cups are a welcome improvement over the old non-dishwasher safe aluminium cups they used to have. One of my old aluminium cups was mistakenly put in the dishwasher once and it ruined it, so I'm glad I won't have that problem again. The new cups are also bigger with the max fill line at 300mL, compared with the old cups that had the line at 250mL. But with this new new taller cup, the mixing blades are now positioned lower than they were on the old machine, so the cup doesn't fit under them without tilting. The old cups were the perfect height to fit neatly under the mixing blades on the old machine, so there was no spillage when the cup was removed. My old aluminium cups are also too short to fit in the new machine, so I will have to order more new cups. The black plastic parts on the machine are also a nice improvement over the old white parts, which had yellowed with age, so I expect this new machine to look good for the next 20 years.

I bought this as a Kitchen Tea Party gift but i have the older model & still going strong after so many years i have lost count!! So, the ratings are based on my older one - tempted to try the newer one - but better not!

I bought this a few weeks back for an elderly person who has no appetite. It is fabulous as it has stimulated his appetite with nutritionists advise he has been having Shakes daily with sustagen added to full cream milk and ice cream .A high protein nutritional drink .

This is our second Breville Milshake maker (we dropped the first) and we love it. It makes fluffy, creamy milkshakes in 30 seconds. The kids have one everymorning for breakfast.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and it has been used every day since. Kids absolutely love it. It fluffs the ice cream out beautifully and mixes everything together unbelievable good. It’s very sturdy and very easy to clean. The cup that comes with it is awesome, like them ones from the milk bar when we were kids. This is my favourite appliance so far.

I got this for my daughter and she loves it. So easy to use and great quality. Will be buying one for myself very soon

I bought a milkshake mixer this month, actually a Breville Milk Shake, very easily. Breville Milk the Shake Creator happened to be a very sturdy and useful product.

It does the job. Nothing special. Noisy as expected. It would be nice to have someone create a real Retro mixer that operates as the consumer of 2018 expects.
