Extremely poor chocolate

Extremely poor chocolate. All the bars had been exposed to heat which caused them to melt, then re harden which caused a thing called fat blooming to the exterior of each chocolate. None could be eaten and all thrown in the bin! I request 3 new bags get delivered or a full refund asap
