Comfy and efficient

Great glide, easy to use and generous tank. Not as powerful at steam burst as my previous carestyle but remains effective. Much more comfy and well balanced in my hand than the new model

Can’t iron.

I bought this iron to replace my previous Braun steam station thinking it was the same quality. I was mistaken. It couldn’t iron even cotton, let alone denim or linen despite using the useless temperature adjustments as per the instructions. I had to return it. Don’t waste your time or your money. I want my old one back but it broke after 4 years, but i’m too scared now to try the more expensive ones by Braun.
