Not all it claims

Bought this as frequently washing my hands has caused very dry flaky skin on my hands, Ive tried so many others and nothing helped however this helped but still hasn't done what it claims. I would need to use this at least 10 times a day so not sure why it isnt working on me. Its expensive for what it does or doesn't do.
