Very disappointing purchase

It does not smooth my curly hair. It leaves my hair frizzy and flyaway. The straightening is very amateurish and the look is totally disappointing

Not worth the money

Very disappointed. I’ve used a $30 Remington one the past 20 years. Thought I’d splurge & buy an ‘elite’ brand straightener. Doesn’t do any better than my cheap one. Takes just as long to straighten my hair. Is nicer hold / easy to use. But I was hoping for better outcome
