This coffee machine works well as expected, it heats up quickly and the coffee is nice and hot with a good crema, easy to use, appears to be durable , coffee consistently is good and hot no matter which brand of pods I’m using… I read one review that said it was noisy , noise is as expected for a coffee machine

Falsely advertised - noisy and coffee undrinkable

This machine is very disappointing. I bought it two days ago and am returning it. It is incredibly noisy and the coffee it makes is undrinkable. I have had Nespresso machines for years and this is the worst one I have purchased to replace my other one. I am using the same coffee pods I have always used and this just does not make it taste nice. I would advise do not purchase. I am on hold with customer service currently also which is not a good system. Very unsatisfied and disappointed.
