A kitchen classic

My absolute favourite roasting tray. Solid but not too heavy but extremely durable.

Fantastic but not induction freindly

I love these roasting pans … heavy and cook so many dishes with easy cleanup. Have three of them now. One for each shelf in the oven. Only 3 stars however as they are NOT induction friendly. Ie you can place over a cooktop which can be very useful,… but not if you have induction.
