The bristles are harsh and feel poor quality, l bought medium as is my normally choice when buying a toothbrush, but these feel very hard and l will use to clean the sink rather than my teeth!

My healthy gums feel bruised after using this product.

I have been using this tooth brush, soft, twice a day for two weeks. The tooth brush is so hard and wide it feels like it misses areas of my teeth when cleaning. I have gone back to previous Colgate tooth brush. My 16 year old has also struggled with the harshness of this ‘soft’ toothbrush and has stopped using it after two weeks.
