Pathetic revision. Whats the world come to when something good has to become something rubbish.

Absolute trash. I thought the packaging had just changed but this is just misselling, it's the same broad design packaging and name but a totally different floss, the old tape style was perfect for my tight teeth, this is junk and ineffective, snaps, leaves thread between your teeth, too thick. Absolute con, they know it's terrible that why they had to trick us into thinking it was the old one. I've now got 4 of these useless flosses.

Superb

This is a great improved product. Unfortunately not an eco conscious product and most floss products aren’t. Superbly glides between my teeth without breaking for a clean mouth feel. 4 stars as we require a more eco conscious product which performs as well as this

Terrible floss that shreds!

Shreds between teeth and I have to try to pull tiny bits of shredded floss out. Horrible now, used to be good.

Spend more time trying to get the string shred out of the teeth than the build up.

The new design is horrible it's too thick and shreds in tight teeth it was previously the best floss now it's nasty.

Finally found the perfect floss and they changed it

It was great until they changed it. Now I have a massive roll of it and it’s too thick. Please bring back the old version or make a regular version and the new thick one so people can choose.

Terrible, shocking, horrendous

Recently got some “new and improved” floss. Absolutely horrendous, would rather have pulled my teeth out with pliers. Everything they say that has improved with the update is actually the opposite! Worse texture, much bigger, worse sliding between teeth, and more easily frayed/broken. Terrible all round. Such a shame for those of us with tight spaces between teeth, Colgate waxed ribbon floss was bar far the best. Would give less than one star if I could.

as everyone is saying it’s horrible, luckily i had their old floss to get the strands it left between my teeth out. do not recommend

Changes ruined this product

The worst change any product has ever made. Feels like you are now dragging a piece of yarn that splinters through your teeth. That is if you can fit this thick rope through the gaps of your teeth. Horrible, terrible and stupid change made to a product that was perfectly fine.

Terrible

Waste of money as it is unusable. It is so thick and coarse that I can barely get it through my teeth. It then frays and cannot be pulled out without removing fillings.
