Unfortunately batteries were not working.

I had high hopes and I looked forward to using this appliance. Unfortunately it would not charge properly, even after I exchanged it for another one, which had the same issue. After four hours on the charger it was still not charged and did not respond. I believe it was a storage issue that affected the batteries. Not sure, but after two models failed to charge and work I opted for corded handheld mixer. They might have to look into that particular batch in the manufacturing process. Or maybe review how long the product would last not being used in the warehouse.
