Crayola Goo All-in-1 Sensory Station - Unicorn

- My child is 5 and loved this product but it took way longer than expected to form the goo. - His favorite part because of that was just decorating the goo and playing with it which I enjoyed as well. -The scent of this product is very strong and toxic smelling and gave me a slight headache. - Naming the goo was a great addition and I’d definitely buy for maybe a child that is a little older.

My 7-year-old daughter absolutely loved it. She spent nearly an hour mixing, squishing, and filling the unicorn mold—and she got so creative with all the sensory stuff and mix-ins! I loved watching her come up with her own color combinations (we even used our own Crayola markers to make pink Goo, which worked perfectly). From a mom’s perspective, I was thrilled with how easy it was to use and how little mess it made. Cleanup was super simple! The whole process felt very contained and manageable, and everything fits into the box it came in. (We have a plastic tablecloth on our table. Definitely keep away from fabric and papers.) The only thing she wished for was a bit more Goo powder. I’m hoping it’s sold separately because she wants it for Christmas. Overall, this was an amazing activity that encouraged creativity and kept her happily engaged. I’d absolutely give it as a gift—it’s fun, imaginative, and easy to clean up.

As part of a promotion, I got this slime kit, and it's been a delight. The fact that the packaging serves as a storage case is brilliant. It's a bit messy, but that's what makes it enjoyable. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves making slime. My eight-year-old daughter loved creating her own slime and gifting us with her creations. This set is perfect for gifting. The kit is user-friendly, but the instructions could be improved. We found that stirring for more than a minute was necessary to get the slime right. Once it was stretched and pulled, the stickiness disappeared. The ability to add various colors, glitter, and textures made the experience even more enjoyable.

It was easy and a lot of fun. Easy to clean up. It was a little sticky at first but got better. My daughter loved that she could color it and add glitter to it and the color did not get on her hands. It did not stick to clothes and hair like some slime does.

Child perspective 6 year old female was extremely excited just at the look of the packaging, very visually appealing. She enjoy mixing the power to make the Goo. Initial difficulty getting Goo to not be sticking to the textured mix-in bowl which cause minor frustrations. After getting most of the Goo out of the mix-in bowl she enjoyed adding the mix-ins such as glitter and gems. She didn’t care for the using the sensory station much after mixing as the Goo was too sticky and it did not pull out of the molds easily. She enjoyed adding colors and creating different sounds with the Goo itself. Parent perspective I like that the kit is one unit and folds back for storage. The attached mix-in bowl is very hard to clean the prepared Goo residue and glitter from. This will make it hard to create the next batch of Goo due to the residue. I would have liked the whole kit to be plastic, or thicker cardboard as the paper and Velcro will not withstand a child’s handling after multiple openings. The sensory station is a neat idea but the Goo leaves a cast on each texture and design that it is too hard to pull from. I will try more water than the recipe calls for to see if it will be less sticky or not leave the film/cast around the sensory station. The plastic unicorn was hard for the child to fill and close, again frustration for removing smile due to tackiness. Overall my child enjoyed this product, however I’m not sure I’d recommend the kit as is without modifications to the Goo recipe unless there is an easier way to clean out the textured mix-in bowl.

The initial set up of the mixture was messy and sticky. The more you played with it though the better the slim mixture formed. My two daughters ages 7 and 8 Loved it and thought it was fun. The kit came with markers, glitter and some little jewels and beads. You can color and put the glitter and beads into the slim. The only negative it that when you color it the colors just combined and it turns grey. So you can’t change the color of it really.

The Unicorn Sensory Goo Kit arrived in an eye-catching, colorful case that immediately grabbed my kids (girl-7, boy-5) attention. They were thrilled to open it up and find that each goo container came with unique mix-ins (glitter, stars, plastic beads, sand), and even markers to tint the slime. I will be the first person to admit slime/goo isn’t usually my favorite activity, but I was pleasantly surprised by how simple the setup was. The included scoop made it easy for each kid to add their own water, and the handle doubled as a mixing stick. However, mixing the goo to a usable consistency took significantly longer than advertised. It was closer to 10 minutes of stirring and kneading before it was ready and probably 20-25 minutes before it finally wasn’t sticking to every surface. Once the goo was ready, they had a blast customizing their creations with all the add-ins. The markers worked well to change the color, and the themed labels were a hit. Overall this kit is a win for sensory play! It provided my kids with over an hour of excitement and imaginative play and I would recommend this for ages 6+ (my little guy needed a bit more help with things than his sister).

My three girls loved this kit! They all enjoyed making the slime and it was pretty easy. The directions said to stir for 1 minute and then you could either continue to stir or take it out and stretch it. It definitely needed more than one minute of stirring before you could take it out of the container. Once the girls started to stretch and pull it, it got less sticky. They loved adding color, glitter, little beads/gems, sand, and glitter glue to it. They know slime is a special thing in this house, so they were thrilled to try it out!

This kit was fun and loving that the package is also a case for all that is included. It can get messy... I have to say it's a good idea for a spine maker lover in your family. My 6 year old enjoyed that she could make the slime herself and she gifted her creations to each of us to enjoy. This set is very much giftable.

This set is so cute and clever. With the packaging doubling as the creator station it made for no mess and easy cleanup. The slime is really good quality and not super sticky aka it doesn’t get all over everything. My 7 year old spent hours creating, molding and playing with this!! Highly recommend!
