Ensure the skin is dry and clean. Remove the patch from the sachet, peel away the protective film, and apply the adhesive side of the patch directly to the skin over the painful area. The patch will become hot when it is exposed to air. Do not open the sachet until you are ready to apply the patch. After use, slowly peel off the patch and dispose.

Do not use on infants or small children, on frostbite, while sleeping, on scars, over open wounds, on desensitised skin, on bruising, over inflammation or swelling, with other heating devices, sensitive skin, diabetes, circulatory problems, nerve damage or paralysis. Take care with use on delicate clothing. Check the skin regularly to avoid low temperature burns. Remove if patch is uncomfortably hot.
