Cygnett Charge Connect 5K Magnetic Slim Power Bank (Pink)

I panic-bought this charger. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very poor choice. It does charge and the magnetic bit is very strong. However, it heats up very quick and stays very hot. It's only useful if you're using it exposed to air but only on cool days!

Good in theory but…it feels flimsy with the connection, the magnetic connection doesn’t feel snug. It falls off easily. I need to find out if I can return it… if not it’s a good hand warmer for winter

Please don’t buy this battery. It doesn’t charge anything properly. You need to spend around 3 hours to fully charge it, and then it runs out in just a couple of minutes while using it. Total waste of time and money.

The best powerbank I've owned. Looks good, super thin, unbelievably convenient. Good stuff Cygnett.

as the other review states i agree with everything they said i also made in impulsive decision as my phone was nearly dead really great magnet doesn’t slip or move around but does charge very slow if you are using ur phone at the same time a little faster if you switch it off but charger also does fast and takes a while to recharge

I bought this only because my phone was close to dying and my charging port was dead, so this was quite the impulse buy. That being said, I'll begin with what I did like first: PROS -Strong magnet, does not fall off even with strong shaking -Slim form factor and solid design -High quality brushed metal finish -Simple design, only 1 button and 5 or so LEDs CONS -VERY slow phone charging, advertised as 15W but that is if you use the power bank on your phone via magsafe as well as a cable, magsafe charging on its own is only 5W. I have an 11 pro max currently, and if I use my phone while this is attached, it will not charge - Heats up pretty quickly as it does not have good thermal regulation (likely due to its slim design), meaning it also cools down slowly -Long charging times - I haven't timed it myself, but I would estimate it takes about 3ish hours to charge the power bank from dead to full All in all, I would not recommend this product to the majority of people, but for people who need just that little extra bit of charge on their device, it'll do the job adequately
