DO NOT BUY

Be prepared for endless frustration. First time I charged it it said it was full after hours plugged in - it was flat. Since then, the cord has died, I've been endlessly electrocuted by it & now it charges itself from the phone's battery, not charging my phone from its reserve. Worst $100 I've ever spent.

Not water resistant

Not water proof or resistant, had a few drops of water the cloth on the outside soaked it up and its gone, bought it a month ago. charging is fast but definitely over expensive for the lack of this feature my 2018 phone is water resistant.

Good powerbank - 30W charge was really good with the

Good powerbank - 30W charge was really good with the Samsung Ultra I had. But it went bust before 2 years. Luckily had the Extra Care and bought an Anker instead.

WARNING Watch for swelling battery

Beware of swelling of the battery I purchased two of these the first one about 3 years ago - I noticed it was getting warmer over time when charging and eventually instead of the case being flat it had a slight bulge in the case - if it gets a few years old and starts to bulge dispose of this product

Good value when it's on sale.

Excellent value on the 20% off special. I recommend getting the extra warranty as my last one died not long after the initial warranty period. Otherwise excellent product.

Excellent product better than its predecessor

Love my Cygnett 20k power bank! I always have it on hand as I have a four year old Samsung phone who's battery drains rather rapidly. I also carry it with me whilst I'm out with my friend as she always forgets hers and her phone typically goes flat on many occasions. This product is even better than its predecessor, containing four full phone charges. Wouldn't be without it

Fantastic product, plenty of juice!

Excellent product, well worth the money. Contains enough juice for two full phone charges. I play my spotify playlist all day every day, so this is perfect for me as my phone battery is extremely temperamental. Am planning to buy the next size up which provides four full phone charges.
