Please remove this product from the market for everyone's safety. I bought it only about 11 months ago, and it suddenly started smoking before bursting into flames without any warning. This is a serious safety hazard and could put people's lives and property at risk.

Doesn’t last, isn’t compatible with their own brand of USB. Dont recommend to buy

I bought this powerbank last week and to me it wasnt a good product. I charged my iphone 16 and it works okay. Tried it with my iphone 14 and it doesnt charge.

Does its job, keeps its charge for ages. Charges fairly fast. 10watt.

Bought one of these power banks yesterday at JB cos I needed to charge my phone quickly. It had half power in it, (although the box says it was pre-charged) by the time I got home half hour later, the power back was nearly empty. Not a very good power bank if you're only charging your phone and not using it.

So slow to charge phone, ive had better performing chargers, and at $30 its not worth it.

Takes way too long to recharge the unit it self when used and when charging phone takes hours. Usually about 3 - 6 plus hours. I would only use this model as a last option in say your glove box in car or in your bag when you were desperate and have nothing else. But to be honest look at the price it's under $30 and what did ai really expect. Think spending $100 plus for a better model might be the way to go.

Broke after 1 charge and stopped charging my phone. Tried different cables and devices, no change.

lasts very long but it needs a usb micro cable to charge the powerbank

Small, easy to use, but is a LITTLE slow to charge (and to charge a phone)

Simple and easy to use. Purchased as a stocking stiffer to help prepare for overseas travel.

Ordered for an emergency Xmas gift after another shopping platform pegged my transaction as fraudulent. It arrived in a few days - very fast for a regional area, you gave me tears of relief that an 11yr old would at least get something on Christmas Day. Little man loves this more than his late gifts!. Went out for a long day, forgetting my regular Cygnett charger and popped into JB to grab one for on the go. They didn’t have the one I already use so this was next best option. Feels like it doesn’t keep charge for a long time before it needs its own charging. It doesn’t have a fast charge output which is something I love about my original Cygnett. I did have to buy a separate cord to attach it to my iPhone but that wasn’t a major issue. Would recommend it for a quick fix but not a long time, depend on it always kind of charger.

I am disappointed. It works but it takes over 4.5 hours to recharge my Samsung s20 which is much too slow for a portable power bank. My friends had power banks that recharged over 2.5 hours and they were cheaper to buy. When I read the instructions which were inside the box it said the item was optimised for iPhone so it might be okay with them. I'm sorry I went with the salesman's recommendation.

Excellent little power bank and great for long trips

Great little charger with enough power to charge a mobile on the run. Wanted this one as it’s thin and compact.

It serves right to what I am expecting...(e.i., charging two mobile phones for the whole day of work. The slick size make it easy store any small travelling bag).

Charge on the go, purchased this to power up the 1mtr stadium led strip lights on my scooter. It works great charge lasts for 4 big night rides😁👍
