Can't handle warm days

Worked great until the first hot sunny day (we're on the South Coast of NSW so we're not even talking QLD hot sunny day) the sticky pad that holds it to the window melted and as left a huge sticky snail-trail all down the window. The mount now will not stay stuck to the window and constantly falls off. I have contacted Cygnett customer care but they were 100% dismissive.

Do not waste your money on this. My phone constantly falls off and has ended up causing damage to the phone. I threw mine in the rubbish bin where it belongs
