Useless. Complete waste of money. The magnet was not strong enough to hold my iphone 14 pro.

Easy to use just push into vent and magnet holds real good

Does not hold phone firmly in place, especially when driving around corners

It broke in one week and now I need to say 50 character minimum

It's a perfect hook for your phone navigation. Phone sticks on it strong enough throughout your journey or rough or smooth roads. In this model like the ball and socket hinge that you can make a good use of for adjusting the phone angle for best viewing angle. The fact that I was eligible for $10 off for my first time subscription on its already discounted price made this a magnificent deal for me. I would recommend this great product with no hesitation.

Simple and easy, where has this been all my life i have used several and this is by far the best

I have had this for years and very happy with it. Have recommended to a few friends. Holds well, with the magnet between the phone case and phone. Great to take when you get a rental car too.

Best car mount out there. I've used 20 or so car mounts and this one does the job using magnets which is a great solution. Really easy to set up, it works and you don't have your phone falling off it all the time like many others.

Magnet is not strong enough if the metal place is place behind a phone protector.

it's OK - but not great, could actually be a safety risk as with the potholes in my area, it doesn't take much for it to drop off, the magnet is not way secure enough a way to keep it in place. in the end my missus saw it drop off the mount a few times and chucked it so I could'nt use it - I'll get something that'll grip the phone instead. it also obscured the air vent too much and the weight meant the vent pointed down too far.

Works well. Phone stays securely in place but would have loved a matching case with inbuilt magnet

Expensive, but so far fo the job. Magnet is strong. Be carefully not to break the aircon vents

I've been very happy with this holder so far. I do a lot of driving and it has fallen off only once. Perhaps I didn't have the phone positioned correctly that time. I'm considering buying a second for our other car. I'm not sure how it would go over rough terrain but on normal suburban roads it has been fantastic. So much esier then the old claw time I previously had.

Do not buy! Weak magnet. Your phone will fall off at the slightest bump, which in itself is a safety issue and you would be fined for touching your phone to retrieve it from the floor. It’s a piece of rubbish, and it’s irresponsible of the company to sell such a faulty and dangerous item.

Reliable, small and rigid, bought this second time because i lost my previous one, it is small, fits in nicely and magnet is prowerful enough to hold a huge phone.

Followed instructions precisely. The magnet isn’t anywhere near strong enough to hold the phone in place. It was a waste of money

This worked great in the first week of having it but then I found my phone was constantly angling down, even when I’m just turning a corner slowly. Constantly having to angle my phone up and that’s annoying when I have maps on

Easy to set up. Holds my heavy phone handsfree via the vents. Suits my purposes.

Bought one 2 years ago and worked really well, latest addition is a much more inferior quality, doesn't stay upright and phone slips off.

I have a cygnet non vent one of these in my car that sticks to my dashboard. I have had it for a number of years and found it robust and excellent and has strong holds to both dashboard (sticking through double sided adhesive) & phone (magnetic). I purchased a vent version for overseas car hire, it is illegal and dangerous to have the phone on the passenger seat when trying to use it for navigation so i really need a proper phone holder device in my car hire. It was an instant fail, within a mile or two it fell straight off the vent, i tried a number of different ways to get it to stay upright, using the vent knobs etc but always failed and on multiple different makes and models of cars. Now the metal in the rubber that holds it into the vent holder has broken in two. The engineering does not stack up, a vent holder does not have enough strength to balance the weight of the phone, there really is nothing holding it into the vent but leverage and the vents are too big in any car for that to work.

The magnetic grip is weak, and doesn't hold the phone up very well

It is a good one, it does sometimed come off with the phone when i take the phone off

It was complete waste of money. Hardly used for a day and it broke. Please avoid buying this product and save yourself 30 dollors.

I found that the magnet on this simply wasn’t strong enough to hold my phone consistently. On most journeys it fell off at least once and ended up in the footwell. I will be returning it and trying something else.

I do like it but sometimes my phone drops so it could be better
