Cygnett OpticShield Screen Protector

Followed instructions and protector couldn’t even attach to screen in the end. Shocking packaging and instruction manual!

I see people complain about it breaking but that’s literally its purpose. It takes the brunt of the impact and protects your screen. This is my second time purchasing. The first protector lasted over a year. Application is easy and quick. I I’ll definitely be buying again when this one breaks.

Followed instructions and when I pulled the tab, run along opening and waited for 20seconds, the screen didn’t attach. Tried to put back on a couple times, ended up getting it dirty and was covered in bubbles when on, very frustrating, I’ve got to start reading reviews 🙄

Just bought last week and no incident of drop or anything it just crack out of nowhere. It was so weird! It broke right before my eyes i was just scrolling and it cracked from the side. Total waste of money! Never buying cygnett brand again. Last time i bought cygnet was a phone case and it left scratches on the back of my phone because of the built in stand, stupid of me to think screen protector would be a good quality.

Not sure if the product was defective. But my ‘screen protector’ came with tags at the top and bottom of the screen. So it doesn’t just sit on the phone, you literally have to push back the edges. Biggest waste of money. The packaging and The video from manufacturer doesn’t show this at all. Even the instructions don’t mention a thing about it. The screen also has a weird finish to it, it’s not from the dust - the white screen shows a weird texture so you know something has been stuck to the phone. Biggest waste of money and not happy at all.

Worst phone screen I have ever had - initially when put on the phone it is too thick around the sides of the screen and makes it difficult to type. You would think that would mean it has better protection but screen has completely shattered after 2 very small (I’m talking .5 meter) drops - glass flaking off and all.
