Low speeds not worth the box it comes in

Bought this product to use on holiday as hotel wifi wasn't great, this product was actually worse I was getting about 19kb download if I could get a signal at all. Also the make is very low quality the SIM card does not stay in place. Do not recommend

Perfect for the price point

Had this for over 6 months now. Battery lasts 3-4hrs max with 2-3 devices connected. I have had it powered on most times using a 20000mah power pack whilst on the go or in the car. At home it stays connected and powered on by the wall outlet. Works great on the go or in the home streaming two tvs. Device performance is subject to your data providers quality of service and location of the device. Only wish it had a LAN port for gaming to reduce ping (142ms)

A piece of crap. Has stopped working less than a year since I bought it from JBHIFi store in Willows Shopping Centre.

Poor reception

Very poor reception - constantly loosing signal and not self resetting. Requires manual off/on reset to fix. When reception is functioning - works well as expected.

SO DISAPPOINTING

Lets start with the claimed all day battery performance, I can only get about 4-5 hours and that’s when its in an idle state. The 4G reception drops out to 2G (which we don’t have in Aus) without reason the only way you can get 4G back is by switching power on and off. It needs and external aerial input, very difficult to maintain reception indoors. The display shuts down after a few seconds (to save battery) you constantly must tap the on/off button to see what the thing is doing. All these issues reported to D-link Tech Support but their responses were as disappointing as the DWR-933M.

Great Buy!

Small, cheap, and does a great job spreading Wi-Fi out to the kids devices when travelling.. Overall great buy!

problematic product

faulty takes to long to turn on and when it dose and connects you to internet access it turns off again so you have to hold the right top button in and no matter how long it just doesn't turn on right away and when it dose and connects you it disconnects after a short time the instructions are not detailed and to small to read even with reading glasses and when you finally get online and it stays connected and you try shut it off it works for a short time then automatically reconnects to the internet again so you have to mess aroundt to try get it working like it should be ,the old 4g black wifi dose better than this type
