Unfortunately, after using it 5 times successfully, the LED started to crack up and not working properly. When you turn it on instead of going to the programs it goes straight into the frother option and you have to blast it before it you can do anything else. Once you’ve done that, the program selection comes on but when you touch the coffee option it reverts back to the frother and you have to do it all over again. What a time consuming waste of energy. Should have opted for the conventional button operated type. Have to return it unfortunately

I purchased the DēLonghi Dedica Duo as I was looking for an upgrade from my pod machine but a machine that was easy to use everyday, looked good on my countertop and offered multiple options of coffee extraction. This machine has ticked all of those boxes (and even added a few of its own) I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
