It works by increasing blood flow to the affected area, providing more oxygen and nutrients to aid the healing process and help restore movement. The ONE SIZE FITS ALL wrap-around belt is secured by velcro over clothing, ultra large, odourless and comfortable so you can enjoy discreet, all-day pain relief.

Tear open plastic packet, remove protective ?lm from patch and apply to the affected area, adhesive side on to clothing. To remove, slowly peel off the patch. After use, dispose in normal household waste. Each patch is for single use only. This product is air activated - only open when ready to use. Do not attempt to reheat in oven or microwave. Do not cut, massage, fold or wet the patch. Do not use if patch is damaged or torn.

All heat patches have the potential to cause skin irritation, burns or blisters. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs or the patch gets uncomfortably hot. Keep out of reach of children. Do not:

Use on the same area for more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period.
Use on the face, mucous membranes, wounds, broken skin, bruises or swelling.
Use on infants, children or persons unable to remove the patch on their own. Use with other skin medications or other heat sources.
Bandage over the patch.
Cut, massage or fold the patch.
Attempt to reheat or microwave.
Use whilst asleep or with prolonged pressure against patch.
Use if product is punctured or torn.
