Deep Heat
It works by increasing blood flow to the affected area, providing more oxygen and nutrients to aid the healing process and help restore movement. Deep Heat Muscular Pain Heat Patches are thin and easy to apply, odourless and comfortable to wear so you can enjoy discreet, all-day pain relief.
Single use only. Use on clean, dry skin. Tear open plastic packet, remove protective film from patch. Patch will activate in 60 seconds and remain warm for up to 8 hours. Apply patch to the affected area, adhesive side onto the skin. To remove, slowly peel off the patch. For delicate or ageing skin, apply adhesive side of patch to clothing. On ?exible joints use dressing tape to hold the patch in place. Do not bandage over the patch. Store in a cool dry place. After use, dispose in normal household waste. Please recycle carton. This product is air activated - only open when ready to use. Do not attempt to reheat in oven or microwave. Do not cut, massage, fold or wet the patch. Do not use if patch is damaged or torn.

Do not:
Use on individuals that cannot remove the patch themselves.
Use over medication applied to the skin.
Use in conjunction with additional heat sources. Use whilst sleeping.
Use with prolonged pressure against the patch.
Use on skin that is sensitive, irritated or broken including abrasions.
Use more than one patch on the same area within 24 hours.
Ingest as the ingredients can be harmful.
Attempt to reheat in oven or microwave.
Cut, massage, fold or wet the patch.
Use if patch is damaged or torn.
Use if you are allergic to plaster adhesives.
