Best 360 pedestal fan

Best pedestal fan I have purchased, have actually purchased 3 of them. Its strong enough to get a breeze to the kids on the top bunk. Handy in winter when it's facing straight up to move the warm air around.

Two faulty fans straight out of the box

Two fans broken straight out of the box. The tilting head mechanism will not stay in the horizontal position, keep going back to the vertical position. It will not stop in any of the eight positions except pointing straight up at the roof. I took the first one back to the Good Guys and got a replacement as I thought I just had a dud with the first one, but the second one was the same. when you get two out of two you know there is a problem.

WEAK BLADES

I HAVE HAD THIS FAN A COUPLE OF YEARS, AND THE BLADES HAVE BROKEN BY THEM SELF, WHILE WORKING FOR THE SECOND TIME. WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF NO ONE WAS IN THE ROOM WHILE THE FAN WAS ON.? I OFTEN KEEP THE FAN ON WHILE I AM IN AND OUT OF THE ROOM. De'Longhi you need to do something about these weak blades.

Fan blades cracked - poor quality and safety risk

I purchased a Delonghi pedestal fan in September 2023, expecting years of reliable use. However, I am shocked and disappointed to find severe cracks across the fan blades, with some parts visibly damaged. The photos clearly show the extent of the damage. This is completely unacceptable for a household appliance of this nature. Not only does this demonstrate poor build quality, but it also raises serious safety concerns. Detached or broken fan blades pose a significant risk of injury if the fan operates in this condition. This product fails both in durability and safety, which I would have expected a brand like Delonghi to prioritise.

Blades Break less than 2 years old

Less than 2 years old and the blades just snapped off when we turned it on and it only comes with 12 month warranty. For what we paid, I expected it to last longer. Would have purchased a cheaper fan if I had known. Prior to this, was happy with airflow and speed.

Light too bright at night

Love, but the down side is the light off the fan is really bright at night. If you need a dark room to sleep, you may need to turn the fan away so it doesn’t keep you up. Otherwise the fan itself is great.

Good fan

A really good fan. Works well. Only issue I would highlight is that you’re not able to turn the display lights down/off

Quiet & powerful

Love this fan! Recently got it to cut down on AC use. It has a lot of power, runs quiet and has some pretty cool settings. Sleep mode is awesome, will be getting a second one for the bedroom.

Too tall

Got it a month or 2 ago, its good outside of it's non adjustable height. The need to have the fan go directly up feels wasted when I cant even get it to a decent height.

Close but no cigar

It's a nice fan and is well made. The horizontal sweep of the fan is adjustable and I really like that feature. The modes however are another matter. The normal mode blows air at one of three speeds. The nature mode goes up and down like a windy day and gets a bit noisy. The sleep mode is a more extreme version of the nature mode. Impossible to sleep with it in nature or sleep mode. Luckily, I was after the 360 horizontal sweep feature of the fan. If you can do without the nature and sleep modes and can get it on special, it's worth a look.
