Coffee is only luke warm, and have it on the hottest setting and the milk only froths sometimes. Haven’t even had the machine a year.

It’s a nice change from pod coffee. Having a cappuccino before breakfast is delightful. The machine is uncomplicated once set up.

We are very happy with our Delongi coffee machine. Love the convenience of having the milk frother that can be stored in the refrigerator between making coffees. Very happy with the grind on the coffee. It was a little bit difficult following instructions and getting it set up to how we liked it but once it’s set up it is so easy to use . As per other reviews the instructions were a little bit difficult so we found a couple of good You tube reviews on how to operate the machine . It made setting it up a lot easier .

Purchased this in the hope it would make life easier compared to my manual machine I had previously however I don’t like it at all and it doesn’t make life easier. Limited options on what you can do, watery coffee, can’t adjust the amount of milk that comes out. For the amount of money I expected more

We love this coffee machine—nothing beats the aroma of freshly ground beans in the morning! The first grind can be a bit noisy and surprising, but once you taste the coffee, you’ll not only get used to it—you’ll start looking forward to that sound. I previously used a capsule machine, so I was already familiar with the upkeep: refilling water, managing milk, and emptying the waste bin. This machine is no different in that regard. I’d recommend getting a second milk carafe so you can easily swap them out while one is being cleaned. Finding the right coffee beans and grinder setting does take a bit of trial and error, but there are plenty of helpful videos online to guide you through the process. Overall, we’re really happy with our choice! (I did not receive an incentive for this review)

The machine is easy to set up but still, I needed some time to read the instructions thoroughly.

My coffee obsessed husband and I bought this machine after 25 years of using another Italian branded machine. We were happy with our daily coffees, averaging 6 coffees a day, plus daily visitors who always commented on our delicious coffees. My husband recently passed away suddenly and through my unbearable loss, I find peace each morning by making a coffee and sitting in the garden watching nature and remembering the thousands of cups we shared together. The coffee machine has become more than a machine, it represents precious time I spent with my beloved.

I’ve had this machine a few years now and can not complain. It’s easy to use and clean.

Great machine, fully automated, easy to use especially descaling

I purchased this machine July last year and it has not missed a beat. I have owned 5 different brands some extremely expensive where you can punch in your grind size and other variables like tamping pressure, coffee-to-water ratio, and brewing time all way too complicated - this machine is fully automatic and the coffee tastes better than the sophisticated models - bonus this year as you get the milk container free !!

Love my Mother's Day purchase! Fantastic choice. Delicious De'Longhi Coffee. Tried them all from Latte Macchiato to Cappuccino even Babyccino inbetween. Espresso to go in my coffee cake. Even hot water for my cup of tea. Easy to use and clean. Highly recommend.

For an excellent price, this automatic coffee maker meets all of my coffee needs. Though probably regarded as being towards an entry level model, it does everything I require, and by no means would I consider myself a Barista. Simple to use with just a press of a button, and you can actually mix a blend to your desire by using more than one selection button for your cup. and choosing your desired strength, again at just a touch of the buttons. A quick, perfect coffee. It even cleans itself before it goes to sleep.

Would recommend. The worse coffee I have had. Seems to use a lot of beans for a very watery expresso and a dash of milk for a cappuccino

Going back to manual, not happy with its performance

So easy to operate, only issue is it doesn't make the coffee hot enough even though I changed the settings.

This is the perfect little coffee machine for any kitchen! With multiple drink options, some using the included milk canister and others with simply the delicious, rich taste of freshly-ground coffee beans, every coffee is cafe-worthy! De’Longhi is the premiere brand in coffee, and this machine proves why. It has been an amazing addition to our kitchen, and will replace the need for us to purchase our daily latte- the coffees taste that good! I love that it is so quick and easy to make my daily brew, and the taste is a huge upgrade on capsule coffees!

This coffee machine is fantastic. I have used pod machines for years. This is first time using a machine that grinds beans and froths milk in one. Coffee taste great, wonderful crema and with minimal maintenance and cleaning. I’m very impressed.

I love that this is a slim machine, especially being in a townhouse with not a lot of bench space it’s quite good! It’s easy to clean & take apart, setting it up was a bit confusing at times, having a few errors, but got it sorted in the end! It makes a great coffee, I love that it does it all for you, especially the milk!! When it turns on, it is actually quite loud, but when it’s making the coffee it’s not too bad! Overall, I think it’s a great machine!

It’s such a beautiful machine. The greatest part is it makes a decent foamy cappuccino with only one press. It grinds fresh coffee beans to make your cup of coffee every time. By saying that, of course it can be a loud machine but I don’t mind at all. It also has the ground coffee option where you put in a scoop of ground coffee every time you make your coffee if you want to avoid the loud grinding noise. Again, because it makes everything from scratch so it can take a bit longer than other coffee machines that use capsules. But you just need to press the button and go get ready or go make a toast and come back to a foamy cap. It has the option for you to modify how finely you want it to grind your coffee. It has cappuccino, expresso, coffee and hot water options. It does allows you to choose the strength of your coffee too. Building it is easy but setting things up to your liking and figuring out the flashing icons can takes a bit of time. But I fount it very fun to do :D Cleaning is also not so difficult but I haven’t used it long enough to do the descaling🤭 I’m so grateful to be able to enjoy this machine thanks to Influenster and De’ Longhi . I really love it. And even like it more than my trusty Nespresso.

I like this coffee machine. It's easy to use, and I'm overall happy with how my coffees turn out. I like that you can customise how much you want the cup filled, but I do wish it was customisable with the milk. It always adds too little to my cup, so I end up having to add an Espresso shot on top to get it to the strength I want. It is very easy to clean and has an automatic shut-off. I also like that it's not overly loud. My kids bedroom is right near the kitchen and it doesnt wake them up in the morning.
