Very pleased with the Delongi coffee Canister. Design good, product well made and easy to use.

The latest Vacuum Canister is a vast improvement on their previous model. It actually works and keeps its vacuum - not like the old model of which I had two, one didn't work and the other lost its vacuum after a week. Never put in complaint because I got them free with previous purchases. This latest one works a charm and still holds its vacuum. Just a pity Delonghi didn't let customers know about previous poor canisters and sent replacement tops. Still, I hope they will sell lids on their own so that the old canisters can be used properly.

These Vacuum Canisters are easy to use and they stay sealed for ages, long enough for me to get through the beans, the pump is easy to use and the Vacuum Indicator is helpful. Great product

A great storage option. Much better than folding the coffee beans bag over and using elastic bands. Easy to use and keep clean.

I bought the Vacuum Coffee Canister a few months ago and I'm very happy with it because it keeps my coffee fresh.

We recieved our first coffee canister as part of the gift pack when we purchased our Prima Donna machine. Read other reviews and followed some simple tips and have never had an issue. We where very happy and purchased another silver one, in addition to two black ones. Perfect.

Nice fresh smell in the morning when opening the lid of this beautiful vacuum canister. This part completes my coffee making procedure in the morning, which is now, thanks to the vacuum canister, perfect. I have read from other reviews the seal might wears out; so far after one month of use, mine is still intact. I’m appreciate my purchase every morning.

Bought this vacuum coffee canister over a year ago but it doesn't hold the vacuum anymore. The lid sits always loose on top the next morning.

A must have to keep those coffee beans fresher than ever.

Whilst I like the canister, this is a replacement one as the last one only lasted a year before the valve stopped working. Hopefully this one will have a longer life.

This is an excellent coffee canister, which keeps the remaining beans fresh and airtight until I need to use them. What is not to love about that?

Canisters seem to work ok but the Black and silver versions are of a different design......Not sure why?

An excellent device. Please read this if your canister loses suction power. Here is some advice for a fully-functioning canister. It relates to suction power and proper setting of device. (1) Suction power. When I initially received the device, I noticed that it would lose suction power over a day. You needed to press the large pump button a few more times. Here is a remedy. Remove the cover. Under the cover you will see a white silicone o ring encircling the bottom of the cover. Place a few drops of olive oil (say) over the white silicone ring. Don't put the cover upside down yet! The cover should be facing up after placing the few drops of oil! Move the cover around until the oil encircles the whole silicone ring. Be patient the oil should cover the ring. Now place the cover over the can. Gently rotate the cover around. The oil forms a nice seal between the cover's silicon ring and the can. You should have the contents sealed for much longer. (2) Proper setting of the device. Place the beans in the can. The beans must be below the level of the can. Also be careful of the white cover under the white button indicator does not fall into the beans. Now place the cover over the can. Press the large button a nember of times until it comes more difficult to press. OBSERVE that the air is evacuated when the little white button is no longer popped up. It is down. To gain access to the beans, press the black release button. It is the small button next to the white button. You will hear a hiss sound. Remove cover. You have access to the beans. Summary A few drops of oil on the white o ring will ensure a perfect seal between the cover and can. The little white button when at its lowest indicates that the contents are vacuum sealed.

Bought this for my Mum to go with another I bought a few months earlier. This completes her 1 kg capacity for beans. We have already own and use two ourselves. They work well and take up little room in a drawer. Not cheap but when you pay take in the cost of beans it's really a no brainer to spend the extra for ongoing freshness.

Great cannister, seal vacuum really well. Keeps the coffee fresh
