Changed formula is terrible

I'm beyond disappointed that you changed the formula, especially without changing the name or otherwise indicating it was different. I didn't notice until after I wore the new scent and spent the whole day wondering what the strange smell was. I loved the old scent, I've been wearing it for many many years. I used to get loads of compliments about it and I'm upset at the decision. You had an incredible product and a lot of loyalty from me and I'll never purchase a Nivea product again. Please don't bother with the boilerplate reply about sustainability - it's a transparent and infuriating attempt to spin what can only have been a commercial decision. The new formula is obviously cheaper.

Can’t even roll on! The ball is stuck

I always used black and white 48 hours, worked amazing then they switched it to 72 hour the formula is sticky and the rolling ball doesn’t move! Brought this cool kick roll on same issue! Cant even move the ball. Never had this issue with 48 hour versions!

Cool Kich formula change

Been using Cool Kick for what I believe would be 20 years. Unfortunately I find the new scent terrible and will now be looking for an alternative. You've missed the mark with this one Nivea...

Really don't like the new scent

Used this brand since 2019 at a former colleague's suggestion, it's been changed and I don't like it at all - as per the comments below, it smells too coconut-y and I preferred the old one. This one is much more noticeable, and not in a good way. As the old one is no longer available I'll be looking around for a new brand. Disappointing.

New Formula not appealing at all

I have been using Cool Kick for years and loved it, even had people comment on it thinking it was expensive cologne. The recent change is not nice at all, smells like stuffy coconuts. I have been trying to find stores that are still selling the previous version and stocking up. Unfortunately will now be looking for another brand potentially that has a similar fresh smell like the old Cool Kick.

Change in smell

The smell of Cool Kick has recently changed, it is now stronger and less appealing to me. The smell does not smell fresh and nice like before, so I am now considering switching either deodaranta smells or the brand altogether.

New formula is horrid

Loved the original Cool Kick 48h formula, used it for years. The new 72h formula smells like rancid coconut with more toxic chemicals. I’ll be changing brands.

Disappointed with the new scent

I have been using the cool kick for many years now and recently found the new scent disappointing. It has a more coconut scent than the original fresh scent. I noticed other users also have similar experience. I am considering changing to others.
