Too large in medium size for my husband he is only 45 kg

I've been using this product for 8 years. Great product. Most comfortable on the market. Last 2 x 8 packs I've purchased have had change in adhesive holding the absorbent product into the garment. When wearing for 2nd night without leakage, the absorbent layer now becomes separated from the garment.
