Love the product; loathe the dispenser :(

This is a GREAT product and has been a game-changer for my lips, given the harsh climate I live in. It's richer than the regular lip balm from this range (also a great product) and definitely does what it promises - my very dry, usually peeling lips were really restored overnight. However, the applicator is infuriating, and needs re-designing. I've resorted to using a pair of pliers to squish the tube in order to get the product out of the tiny hole in the applicator! It feels as if the tube may burst open doing this, but it's the only way to dispense it (it's a very thick balm). I've tried to remove the applicator, but it's impossible. So, great product which really works - dreadful applicator which doesn't work!

Good product - once you get it out of the tube.

This product is good, if you can get it out of the tube. The pressure required to initially squeeze some out is ridiculous. I was convinced I was doing something wrong. Otherwise, it's nice and thick, stays on overnight, has a nice light scent and prevents my lips drying and cracking. 1 star deducted for the packaging.

GOAT level product

Thank you to the other reviews that made me try this! I’ve used a lot of different lip treatments e.g. Laneige, Ole Henrikson, trying to find something tha actually moisturised my lips rather than just coating them. This product is legitimately superior to anything else I’ve tried. Immediately relieved dryness, my lips look plump, hydrated and gorgeous. I’m going to buy another tube or two straight away because I worry this will go out of stock when people realise how good it is. All for 15 bucks. Just shows you a product doesn’t need to be expensive to be amazing.
