DermaVeen Oatmeal Conditioner for Dry, Flaky or Sensitive Scalps 1L

It is a relatively easy to use conditioner, but no noticeable difference after use. A little goes a long way in terms of application.

I have often struggled with a dry, flaky scalp- especially when washing my thick hair is often only done a few times a week! Also am currently struggling with postpartum dryness & hair breakage/loss. I used these products for a few weeks & very quickly I saw a noticeable difference- my scalp seemed less irritated & the products gave my hair a lovely smooth & manageable feel. I’d be very keen to add these to my routine! I was gifted these products to review.

This conditioner leaves my hair feeling super soft without feeling heavy. I have dry, damaged hair and a flaky scalp, and I’ve really noticed an improvement since using it regularly with the shampoo!

I paired the DermaVeen Hair + Scalp Soothing Oatmeal Conditioner with the shampoo for the last two weeks and really enjoyed how nourishing it felt without being too heavy on my hair. As someone who wears their hair up most days chasing after twins, my ends can get dry while my scalp can still feel sensitive, so I wanted something hydrating that wouldn’t irritate my skin. The conditioner applied really smoothly and made my hair easy to detangle straight away. I left it on for a couple of minutes as directed and after rinsing, my hair felt noticeably softer and silkier without any greasy residue. I also liked that it moisturised my scalp while still leaving my hair feeling light and clean. Over time, I noticed my hair looked smoother with less frizz and flyaways, and my scalp felt calmer and less itchy. The formula felt gentle enough for everyday use and didn’t weigh my hair down at all. I also found my hair easier to style after using it consistently. Overall, this conditioner made my hair feel healthier, softer and more manageable, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a gentle conditioner for dry or sensitive scalps.

The DermaVeen Hair + Scalp Deep Cleanse Conditioner worked really well for both my scalp and curly hair. I loved how hydrating and soothing it felt without making my hair go oily too quickly afterwards, which can often happen with richer conditioners. My curls felt softer, smoother and noticeably less frizzy after using it consistently. It also helped my hair feel hydrated without feeling heavy or weighed down. I appreciated that it paired nicely with the shampoo and left my scalp feeling comfortable and balanced. Overall, it’s a great option if you want moisture and scalp care without sacrificing volume or freshness.

Whilst this conditioner feels silky in your hands unfortunately my hair did not feel that way after use. It left my hair feeling limp and dry and I had to blow wave extra body into it which was more time-consuming and drying for my hair. I feel this conditioner would be better suited for someone with oilier and thicker hair. The bottle size would be great for travel but unfortunately I won't be taking it with me on holiday. The conditioner's smell was pleasant.

A little disappointed with this. It didn't leave my hair feeling as 'conditioned' as my normal brand. My hair was definitely not as soft, however it did overall seem to compliment the shampoo.

The DermaVeen conditioner has been really good for my sensitive scalp and dry hair. It feels lightweight but still leaves my hair soft, smooth, and easy to brush. It doesn’t irritate my scalp or make my hair greasy, which I love. I’ve noticed my hair feels healthier and less dry since using it regularly. I also appreciate that it’s gentle, fragrance-free, and made for sensitive skin. It pairs perfectly with the shampoo for a calming hair care routine.

Left my hair feeling hydrated, soft and I notice less frizz which is great for my curly hair! I only used on the ends and it left the ends of my hair feeling soft.
