DJI Osmo Action 4 Adventure Combo

Love the res of the camera amazing for such a little unit but my only complaint is that it gets hot fast if your not getting a lot of air flow to it it's going to over heat but to be fair it runs really well even when too hot to touch

I bought this to go snorkelling at Ningaloo with Whale Sharks and Turtles. I setup the default video for underwater, slow motion 4K. The results were utterly stunning. Forget go-pro’s this camera is the new gold standard for Action Cameras, by far! I wish I could upload the video - it would blow you away!

Don't buy the DJI Osmo Action 4 if you have an Android phone. The required DJI Mimo app isn't on Google Play; you have to download it from DJI's website, and my phone flagged it as harmful. There is no other way to activate the phone to use it. This mandatory app is needed for activation, a fact not mentioned on the box or DJI's site or JBHIFI staff. Opening the box to discover this means no refund from JB Hi-Fi, even though their staff were unaware of this issue. Very disappointed in JBHIFI. They suggested that I download the harmful file. it's a security risk and a rip-off as I am left with a brick instead of a camera.

No matter how good this might be, it requires an app download from some third party site to activate. Who knows what information it is harvesting? Do not buy unless you have a burner phone.

Just received this product as a Christmas present, already from the unboxing I was surprised to find a decent quality camera mount with a strong adhesive. The case didn’t feel cheap, and the camera was loaded with features such as an adaptive colour filter, zoom and many other features. It was simple to setup and connect to my Android. Great value for money especially compared to a GoPro. Only thing is I wish it came with a protective cover for the lens, otherwise exceptional value for money.

I use this as a vlogging camera mainly, and it is really good, the footage comes out amazing and it is the perfect discreet camera for introverts who don't want a giant camera out in public. It's also quite sturdy so you don't have to worry about dropping it. My only problem with it so far is that maybe because it's an action camera, but the storage space seems to be taken up much more compared to the Osmo Pocket (I have 128GB for both). But if you transfer footage to an external drive and delete it from the action 4 after, it seems to work fine anyways and isn't a major issue. Really recommend!

I bought the combo DJI Osmo Action 4 today, and when I unboxed it, I found a dead pixel on the LCD screen.

Happy with it on special. Didn't come with the screw for mount. Good camera. Works well with the DJI Mic 2 Transmitter with latest camera update. (Need DJI Mimo App for Updates and remote viewing ect). I already had the tripple charger for the OMA 3 and Extension pole. So for me it was a no brainier to get the standard combo. If u don't have the Osmo Action 3 accessories it's best to get one with the extras with it (Adventure combo). At the time was a big fan of the Osmo Action 1 and 3, now the 4. I use to do walk tuber videos in wet weather conditions.

Great little camera. Still trying to figure out parts of it but the quality and sound is great and it's very compact. I'd like to find a mount that goes on my kayak as I've paddled some areas that are worth filming

Love this little camera. so easy to use and perfect size to chuck in a bag and take on day trips. The kids can use it too with how simple it is to use. Highly recommend!!

So far I'm really enjoying it, it's my first action camera and I did a lot of research before buying, overall, this is the best in this category on the market.

Really versatile and very easy to use. The features and picture/video quality is genuinely impressive with nice accurate colour and fantastic clarity - especially surprising in such a compact camera. It’s design and build is very high quality and the peripherals are equally well designed and well thought out. The batteries do charge quite fast, but run low perhaps a little faster than most other daily devices, so well worth considering extra batteries or the adventure package if planning, say, a day event or holiday etc. Very happy with this purchase and, also very happy with the ecosystem in general, having also separately brought DJI’s Suction cup and ND filters as well.

This thing is great, way smaller than I expected, and it has a great magnetic clip mount system which makes for easy changeovers between helmet mount and chest strap accessories etc. Make sure you order a memory card separately, and it's worth having a spare battery - the camera uses battery faster if shooting in high res. I've done a fair bit of photography and was shocked at how great the quality was when downhill mountain bike riding down bumpy off-road tracks. Very happy!

Outshines the competition by an absolute mile! I was hesitant to purchase at first but using it daily I’ve had nothing but love. The ease of use, speed and video quality is unreal! The app allows me to use the footage as if it was just on my phone. Can write enough good things about it. 100% recommend this over GoPro any single day of eternity. I’ve had the GP 3, 4+, 6 and 8 and dealt with infinite issues and lost date. Action 4 destroys every single version of GP. DJI have nailed it

I have both action 3 and 4. This one has much better colour than 3 underwater as it is, no editing . Impressive .

I got the DJI Action 4 camera for my motorbike rides in Victoria, and it's been a real treat. The videos it captures in 4K are stunning, but keep in mind, you'll need a powerful computer to play them smoothly. Other than that, it's a gorgeous little camera that's easy to mount on your bike or helmet. I love it for all my action shots! If you're into biking and want a great camera, this one is a solid choice. 🏍️ 📸

Tremendous quality video for my South Pacific snorkeling holiday.

The videos came out very soft even after upgrading to the latest firmware. Checked in the forums and tried a few settings but the output was not very sharp. Had to return this back.

An excellent and reliable camera that my family and I can easy use. It has not overheated and the image quality is as good as it gets.
