DJI Osmo Pocket 3 4K 3 Axis Gimbal Camera

I paid for this a few days ago with a charger and memory card and I've only received an invoice for a memory card. I got a phonecall from someone who told me it wasn't in stock at their store (a store in Syd, not Melb where I am based) and that I couldn't receive it. I haven't been given any emails or refunds for it, so my money is just gone and only the memory card is being shipped, which is useless without the camera. The person on the phone said I couldn't get this product at all- despite the fact I bought something that is advertised available ONLINE. Why is this not being sent to me from a warehouse or even delayed from overseas? Why advertise something and take my money if you can't deliver it to me? I am very angry and I want my money back so I can buy this from somewhere else.

I love Dji, wasn't 100% sure to buy the pocket 3, but after testing it , is an amazing gadget and the quality is crazy, the 4k 60fps give you a smooth slow motion and the colour 10bit in postproduction is flexible and great for colour grading. Happy with this little toy.

This is an excellent Video camera for those content creators who are always wanting top quality videos. Its compact quick to startup and very user friendly.

A wonderful video camera,easy to use and with 10 bit great quality video output , autofocus and stabilisation work well. Very happy off buy it , highly recommend.

Had all 3 and this is definitely continuing to be a great gimbal camera and now I can see the screen more.

unstable firmware. Please be aware. Hardware is good but it has failed a couple of times in our 5 day tour.
